I became an Invisalign patient about a year ago. I paid through the compassionate finance option. I finished my treatment and was ready for retainers when I lost my job during Covid and was unable to keep paying through the program so they referred the account back to Dr Wollock. I requested I make a payment arrangement to pay off my balance but instead they held my retainers and advised that I would have to pay the entire balance. too much to write. many misleading statements. Way too rigid. I'm out if I'm 5 minutes late but i have to wait for the doctor. I'm at fault no matter what question i ask. When my program had to be extended 4 months because there was a large space i was supposed to be happy- "its free". No this is a lot of work. Dr told me I'm the kind of person who sees the glass half empty. Not true and insulting. The cartoon ad for the 3 extra night guards was insulting. Its obvious we have no choice but to get them. I have asked to be removed from their text and email list several times. Doc charged me $1500 and would not refund or let me transfer my payment to someone else when I changed my mind about invisalign (within hours of approving the mold). When I engage with staff (since they keep contacting me), they are combative and rude. Essentially, I have given this practice a $1500 donation and would like to be left alone. Their contact stopped briefly, but now continues, often, several times per day.
Staff is very rude and disrespectful. My wife had a major surgery and they pushed her Invisalign tray replacement two months away. Her immune system is lowered due to the surgery and having the Invisalign trays in for two months is hazardous to the health of which they will not tell you. Overall the process has been a disaster, and well overpriced.
My family has been coming here since we moved from Denver. We have always had a great experience in the treatment rooms and Dr Wollock is amazing. Have struggled with service on the administrative side.
