Good experience overall except when they cancelled my appt because I called out of courtesy to say I would be 5 mins late and I was almost there and wasn’t allowed to keep my appointment.

Had some sensitivity, everyone was quick and very helpful. Painless visit.
The invisalign process was efficient and more affordable than other quotes I received for the same service. I did have a delay in my care due to COVID closures but was immediately brought back in when the office resumed patient care. In addition, the front desk called me and addressed my concerns when one of my trays did not arrive as scheduled. Overall, I am satisfied with the services received, the professionalism of the office staff, and how my teeth look!
I am really happy with the results. it has been a great journey. everyone was very helpful and nice. when you first start Invisalign it gives little discomfort and pain but after a couple of days of having the tray in it gets better.
Experience was good. Lots of ambiguity around the actual process when I got started. A few surprises along the way. My teeth are now largely straight but lots of unexpected things came up along the way
My experience with this office has been good. The initial consultation was encouraging and made me very comfortable and enthusiastic. There was a slight miscommunication with the start date of treatment but other than that I am confident in Dr. Wollock expertise with the treatment.
While I had previous positive experiences, this visit was subpar. The day of my appointment, I received a call and text asking me to come 10 minutes early. A few days earlier, I also received a text message with a picture and link with covid guidelines. Because of this picture that said READ PLEASE with flashing read arrows and a link, I thought this was a spam. The dental assistant I had was also unpleasant and my judgements and assumptions.
