Waiting for 40 minutes people arrived after me were attended before , I was ask about all my information 3 days in advance including my S S number and insurance, when I arrived 10 minutes earlier they asked me again for my insurance?? .The day that I was requested to fill out all my information , I got a text saying they don’t Garanteed my appointment if I didn’t fill out the form right away. It's clear that they handle a lot of Invisalign treatments at this office, and that's what brought me here. They offer a very competitive price and the staff is extremely friendly. Treatment is done very quickly because they expect you to wear your trays 24/7, including when eating, which doesn't seem very common. I think this place is best for someone that doesn't know much about Invisalign or what they want because the dentist has pushed back several times when I mentioned specific wants or things I read online.
The dental assistant was phenomenal as for the dentist can use a little better bedside manner and incorporate more of the finances into his practice.
The process of invisalign with Denistry at Suburban care went great. My teeth were looking better through out the treatment and the staff were great with scheduling.
Overall good experience. Moments when my pain was not handled with patience and consideration.
Jobs been handled very quickly and nicely, so the hard part is done before hurts too much.
the appointment was great getting my first set of trays. I did have to wait about 15 minutes, but otherwise everything was great
