The experience here was ok. They did well at getting me fitted and getting my Invisalign trays quickly.
Very nice people, quick service and taking great COVID-19 precautions. One complaint I have is I felt a bit talked down to by the technician and doctor. There is a cavity area I’ve been telling them about for years and only today they determined it was a cavity, then talked to me like it was my fault and like I was a child. The cavity happened due to a space in my teeth left by braces, and since finding it I have been taking extra care of the area but there was no reversing it.
Different sensations
Service here is always crisp, warm, and businesslike. The staff is always professional, and the check in with Dr. Wollock is brief but informative. Administration and scheduling are smooth and easy to work with. The office is bright and clean. My one complaint is that there is always a strong sales effort toward Invisalign here. From the many signs on the door to the poster in view when you are reclined in the chair, to the staff chitchat and Dr. Wollock’s brief conversations, it’s a constant refrain.

My first red flag was that the day before my scheduled appointment for a new patient visit, the office called me not once, but twice, to reschedule my appointment, asking if I could come earlier and earlier. Why can't you stick to the time we scheduled? My second red flag was arriving to a tiny, overcrowded waiting room, with no plan in place for keeping patients six feet apart and socially distanced amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
