Halfway on my Invisalign trip. So far so good! Everyone is helpful. Wait time is a little bit long but that's understandable.
I had Invisalign many years ago. I stopped using my retainers and my teeth shifted back. So after a while I was unhappy and decided to do it again. Last time it took 2 years. This time— 6 months.
Cavity filling. Pros: very fast and efficient Cons: feels robotic. I’m used to working in labor and delivery where we need informed consent for everything and we sit with patients for awhile, so I think it may just be dentistry in general that’s different, but it’s weird how everyone just starts doing their respective tasks without really explaining what it is or why it’s done.
My bottom row was terrible. Now it’s not. Looks great.
Jocelyn really makes teeth shine and Dr. Wollock fills cavities flawlessly.
I’ve had a fantastic experience so far. The staff and office are wonderful. My only suggestion is to provide a week-by-week rundown of the treatment plan for Invisalign treatments (what happens when?).
Prior to my first appointment I researched the services offered. At the first appointment, the doctor and I discussed how important it was to get a fixed retainer since it was going to be my second time having braces. At the end of the Invisalign treatment, Dr. Wollock went back on his agreement and refused to install the fixed retainer on my top teeth which would cause them to shift back as in the past. Beware...I found this office on Groupon.com. I met with Dr. Wollock for an Invisalign consult on Thursday. His receptionist said prices would be going up before I left the office but didn't know when. The price then was $3279. I tried to call on Saturday but they were closed (open only by appt on their website). When I called on Tuesday to book my appointment, I was told the price went up $600!
