Great! The technician was very nice and friendly. He explained what he would do and finished the work quickly. They also provided an inspection of the rest of my plumbing. We found some issues, but nothing that required immediate attention and there was no push to buy more services. Replaced the flapper on my toilet to fix a leakage issue.
Excellent. Service was highly professional and thorough. Long runs of interconnected landscaping drains needed to be unplugged.
These guys are pros! They even called to see if they could come early. We were really concerned about the leak and they not only fixed it but discovered we needed a new one. If it wasn't for these guys we were one "seat" from disaster. We are getting a new toilet (btw, never use plastic bolts to secure them!) and a new faucet Monday! The final cost below includes labor and parts and I have a credit with the coupon I bought. Needed to have a leaky toilet fixed and a loose faucet in the kitchen.

David was very polite and professional. We had slow sewer pipe over 2 years. He gave us a list of options to clean up our pipe. Hydrojet was his advice. David came next week as scheduled and spent about 2 hours. Afterwards he showed me the video of the inner pipe, Roots were gone! We tried snake many times, but this company did it very well with a huge machine. Sewer pipe cleaning due to roots growing in the existing pipe.

David was punctual and completed the work within the one hour time frame. He (and his work) was professional and excellent. I've used varied plumbers in the past and none could compete with the work done by Dependable. Courteous, competent and capable. I definitely will utilize Dependable's services in the future. David, of Dependable Rooter and Plumbing, hydro-jetted the main sewer line and removed root blockages in the line.
