These guys aren't just dependable - on time, very communicative - they also truly understand customer service. The work done was exceptional. I used them twice. Once they had to figure out why a sump well and pump wasn't removing water. The other time they fixed a major leak where the main water line entered the house.

It went great. The tech was professional, efficient, friendly, and reasonable in their fees. Clean out main sewer line. Also had the tech rooter the sink pipes and a bathroom toilet which was slow draining.

They did a good job, they were thorough and diligent and got the work done. The seem to have the skills necessary to take care of plumbing issues.The owner actually came out to check on the work of the person doing the job. They fixed the problem. We had a shower that was leaking. They found and replaced the stem and replaced the faucet. They knew where to find them, they went out and picked them up and brought them back and fixed it and everything was fine.

I liked that. That worked out pretty darn good. They did a good job on that, and were very professional. I got my money's worth on that. I purchased a Big Deal for a $69 outdoor hose faucet replacement.

The scheduler was excellent very personable. The problem was their inability to keep the appointment that was set by the scheduler due to work load issues. I had to wait til the next day after being scheduled 3 days out from the call to unplug my sink. It took the plumber less than 30 minutes to clear the sink. the plumber did his job well . The manager only charged what I had paid for with no extra cost because of the delays. This was great customer service. The normal cost for this repair was normally 120.00. If I hadn't g... read more

Dependable Rooter sent me a text picture of the plumber scheduled as a confirmation. Dragan showed up on time, explained the problem and the solution, gave me pricing before the work was done and completed the work quickly. He was great to work with and I plan to use Dependable Rooter in the future. Good experience. I had a water leak in the kitchen.

It went smoothly. Sean knew what he was doing. He moved my fridge to install it and came back a few days later when I thought my ice maker wasn't working. The water heater was expensive because they only carry AO Smith and Bradford White, more expensive brands. I needed to replace a water heater.
