They showed up on time and was courteous and knowledgeable. I liked that they put shoe covers on without my asking as I try to keep shoes near the front door. Not all tradesmen do that. I had picked up the part beforehand so it was a straight installation. Did a great job. I would hire them again. I needed the whole contraption inside the toilet tank replaced since it was making weird sounds and I knew enough to know that was the problem.

OK - there was a misunderstanding about the what the bid included. We had a lower bid that didn't include repairing the drywall. We took this bid because my husband thought it included the drywall. It didn't. They did great work, but that misunderstanding cost us $475.00. Otherwise, the guys were fast, polite and cleaned up everything nicely. I would use them again, I just would get the bid in writing for clarity. fix a leaking shower valve - shower wouldn't turn off.

Dave added a P-trap to keep water from backing up in kitchen sink, as well as a new, quieter garbage disposal. He also eliminated the leak in the toilet by adding a new measuring device/flapper. He was thorough and made sure things were working properly. It all works great! I needed help with my kitchen sink--water backing up in opposite side of sink each time garbage disposal was turned on. Also had a leaking sound in master bath toilet.

Scheduling the install after purchasing with the Angie's List coupon was a little disjointed and delayed the service date. On the day of the install, I didn't get the heads-up call from the office that confirmed the time he'd arrive, as they said they said they would. But as far as the work, they're outstanding. I think the plumber's name is Steven (not listed on receipt), he arrived right on time. He is a pro, friendly, and did a great job. He was very clean as well. No mess or spills.
