I was in the process of going engagement ring shopping and a close friend of mine told me about Derco Fine Jewelers located in San Francisco. Derco is located inside a giant building with other fine jewelry stores inside, but after reviewing yelp and other reviews, Derco had one of the top ratings for their customer service and quality. Jack helped us today. He was wonderful! He went out of his way to help with resizing my engagement and wedding band. He literally offered to hand deliver them to our car this afternoon if parking was too difficult! I was very impressed by the friendliness of everyone that was present today. Thanks! Also, my ring looks gorgeous!

I cannot recommend Derco enough. I was referred by my friend and since getting our engagement ring here, I've been telling everyone to come here for all their engagement rings! Delin was the one who helped me (and subsequently helped my brother a few months later). She's so patient and knowledgeable and comes off as really wanting to help you find the best diamond for your ring. I absolutely love my ring! It came out more beautiful than I had hoped.
Was recommended to them by a friend, and finally made it to the city to find them. They were lovely to work with and even cleaned my jewelry and fixed a ring for me too. I didn't find anything that day to purchase, but I will return to them. They were not the car salesmen we encountered in other shops there. Thank you!!
Derco is the place to go if you know what you are looking for! I find Derco almost very crowded every time I visit-- and for good reason! Their prices are very fair and they are always friendly with nice man in front offering to clean your jewelry even if it's not theirs! He always gives us waters and jewelry cleaner too. This place is great. Got our wedding bands from here and the prices here are amazing. We didn't want anything fancy so for a simple gold band, this place was a much better option than Tiffany's The staff here is super friendly. They greet you with bottled water when you first walk in and are super patient and want to make sure you leave with something you're happy with. If there were more stars I would give them to Delin! She is Fantastic! She has helped me upgrade my engagement ring, made a pendant out of the old diamond, design many colored stone ring settings, and always spends time to explain every detail with me. Jack always greets me with a smile and a friendly hello. They are both true professionals that I consider friends. Go to Derco - ask for Delin! You will be glad you did!
