There wasn’t enough communication on the in house level. When we were trying to close we were still being asked for documents to be sent in which cause the date of closing to be pushed back. Was just a frustrating experience

While Derek's communication was professional, I found the pre-qualification and pre-close process to be extremely frustrating. I understand the underwriting process, but I found several instances where I received conflicting requests for documents from Derek and Sarah (one would ask for a set/date range of docs and the other would ask for a different set/date range).
