The post-op page did not hae the phone number on it. i used the internet to look up the Dr. When i called about the special silver gel, the receptionist Elizabeth was very helpful. I arrive the day the bandage came off to get it and hear more instruction from the front desk staff. The gell is wonderful and i did not have to use ice that afternoon.

Business response:

I'm sorry the number was not on the paperwork. Thanks for pointing that out we have corrected the forms. Glad we were easy to find online and everything worked out well :) Save that gel it could come in handy in the future!

They said I have rosacea just by looking at my face for a few minutes but they didn't give me names of the medicine I should buy or any prescription. They recommended very general treatment that I wasn't sure of.

Dr Levy is rude, lacks attention to detail, makes promises he has no intention of keeping, and apparently lacks basic communication skills. He told me he would call in two prescriptions, and only called in one. And he called it into the wrong pharmacy! I called the next day no less than four times to request he call in the prescription, as well as a non-narcotic pain med that he mentioned was available, because he diagnosed me with shingles which is insanely painful (and I have had a natural childbirth!!). It’s now been 48 h... read more

Dr Levy is the first doctor that is trying to figure out a cure if possible, all other derms I have seen told me there is nothing they can do.

I was honestly disappointed with my visit. My doctor didn't bother to read my entire first name and assumed based on the first 3 letters of my name and called me by the wrong name. Then for what it seemed he felt bad about his mistake, tried to build more rapport with me by having a 10 min discussion of his family and personal views. He also commented on my appearance which I did not find professional. Once he finally helped with my issue, he did not tell me any side effects of the medications he was prescribing until I aske... read more

You need to have an "emergent" option for patients. I came in with an EXTREMELY painful carbuncle / ruptured cyst. All I got was an appointment for one week later. At that appointment I was give an injection of anti-inflammatory medicine and told to come back in two weeks after a course of anti-biotics. So from the time of my drop in with MISERABLE pain, to a 2nd review of my carbuncle/ruptured cyst will be THREE WEEKS. I think that a nurse should have looked at my back and triaged me. Perhaps that observation would have got... read more

We waited 1 hour 20 minutes from our scheduled appointment, and had NO updates from his staff that he was running late. Very frustrating! And we almost left without seeing Dr Levy. A little respect and courtesy from your staff would have gone a long ways in maintaining a client relationship.
