Dr Levi is really knowledgeable, and has a great bedside manner. He answered all of my questions and was able to give me suggestions on new treatments for my psoriasis that I wasn't familiar with. However, three times now he has promised me a treatment and has not delivered. Dr. Levy treats his patients like family, not like a business client. He spends the time needed to review ALL of your concerns and does this from a position of compassion and not to upcharge you in order to make a payment for some fancy car.
I still love the practice, BUT, I asked for estimate for filler as suggested by dr Levy. I asked at the desk before leaving and asked if I could get mailed estimate. Nothing so far... Also I am having some problems with HQRA+, maybe the + is too strong.
Not a very private atmosphere . Friendly people. They said return in 2 weeks. Said they would text me the time for the next appointment. I called and they said no.. your appointment was that day... kinda frustrating as I had plans yesterday.
I came in looking to get laser resurfacing to help the appearance of my acne scars. I am hispanic w/ type V skin, therefore my main concern is scaring. His approach was to do a very aggressive treatment that would require putting me under anesthesia during the procedure and a long recovery time, at the appointment he did not tell me what laser he would be using but now after doing further research I realize he was suggesting doing the CO2 laser, which would be an absolute disaster if used on someone of my skin color. As soon as I mentioned to Dr. Levy what I wanted He proceeded to discuss the procedure. I left a satisfied MALE customer.
Waited for almost 2 hours. Even after seeing the doctor I left not knowing what the diagnosis was. Then he prescribed a cream that I couldn’t even use since I’m breastfeeding and clearly told him that. I called the office twice to ask about it and never got a call back.
I've already recommended your Bellevue Office to two people! Actions speak louder than words....I think!
I was extremely disappointed with my last visit. I feel Dr Levy was in a bad mood prior to my visit. Normally this is not the case. He complained about how one of the employees didn't take care of the laser correctly and had to detangle the power cords. I had told several nurses that I wanted a topical pain med and that annoyed him and lastly I was verbally quoted $550.00 a month ago during an appointment for the laser treatment for facial skin redness.
