Grateful for Dr Evy and his wonderful staff!
I enjoyed meeting all I connected with. I was not sure of my follow up. I thought I understood, but after leaving I was not clear as to what all I needed to do. What the prescription for sure was for and what I needed to get "over the counter."I called the office and got that information, but wish I had it all when I left the office,
A 5-10 minute wait for appointments is acceptable, but longer is not. And then once in the treatment room, another long wait. Could this be improved?
I came to the office to make an appointment to see Dr Levy. I was told if I was willing to wait, he would see me that day. You can’t get better service and attention than that.
Dr.Jonathan Cypher was the third doctor I visited for my rash and I finally have relief. The only problem I encountered was when I called back to notify him that the rash had returned. I spoke to his assistant who was very kind and informed me that she would convey the information to him...she was leaving shortly and would ask another staff member to contact me as to the doctors recommendation...This was on a Friday....I never received a callback and the rash continued to get worse....when I contacted his assistant on Tuesda... read more
I thought the staff was very friendly, but some techs literally opened the door fo the exam room I was in to ask a question, when my tights were down for an exam. Thank god I was wearing a skirt and hadn't yet lifted it. Extremely unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable.
I went in for a Basel Cell removal that had been confirm via biopsy. When I arrived I paid my $30.00 copay just for the doctor to tell me the spot looked Basel "Cellish" that he would then make an appointment for the surgery. I was with the doctor for less than 3 minutes. I now will have to pay another copay and take more time off of work. This process is nothing more than price gouging and a waist of patient and doctors time. It had already been confirmed and the surgery should have taken place in my 1st appointment.
My appointment was at 2:40 and I was seen at 3:07. I was 3 minutes from leaving. Typically your group is prompt and I understand things happen but that is pushing my patience, my time is valuable and that feels like disregard for my time.
I gave 2 stars because the waiting was too long
