I came in for diagnosis for my hair fall and acne and i felt like the physician didn't take enough time to look at my situation and didn't suggest how many times i had to use the prescribed medication,It seemed rushed and I wouldn't visit the office for consultation again and also i requested the staff (twice) to leave a note with physician to call me back ,because i had some questions with the medication and i didn't get call back from physician.

When the staff is talking with another co-worker about a patient you do not make grimaces or gestures, that is unprofessional. I as a patient worry about my condition or my situation for which I am attending that clinic and any gesture or concern or mockery is worrisome at those times. Excuse my sincerity but it is my humble opinion. I think that the employees if they have questions about the patient ask them directly and not be murmuring with the others, that looks terrible in front of the patients eyes.

I have come twice. Each time I wanted the appointment with Dr Levy, instead I was given the PAs. I have called numerous times to make the appointment, everytime I was told that the nurse would call me back with the appointment, I missed the calls. that means I do not get appointment unless I catch the calls that the clinic makes. Otherwise no luck Very disappointing. Specially I have to drive from Shorline. I just have to find another referral. Dr Om Agarwala

Errors with Online Scheduling of appointments I scheduled an appointment online using ZocDoc for 3:30. I received many (too many) confirmations and emails about my 3:30 appointment. The day of the appointment I received a text from the office stating my appointment time was 2:40. I called the office to ask which time was correct and they said 2:40. The receptionist did not care about this error and said do you want the 2:40 appointment or not. She could have cared less about this mismatch. If I did not take the 2:40 appointm... read more

My wife and I were there to get a Stelara shot which is usually given by a nurse. After waiting for over 45 minutes I was rudely told that because we were getting an injection that we had to see a provider and because of this, we came after other patients. After waiting another 15 minutes we were finally taken to a room where we saw Dr. Levy a few minutes later. The first thing he wondered is why we were still there since a nurse could of given a shot an hour ago.

When I arrived at Dr. Levy’s office the staff could not find my records from my first visit of 20 months earlier. So after spending time filling out all their forms a second time there is also a place asking if I minded if trainees can sit in on my office visit and I checked that box NO, for the second time. So I was not happy having to disrobe in front of two young females then wait 20 minutes for Dr. Levi to show the on my first visit. This second time it was now three young females in the room and another 20 minute wait. ... read more

First they changed my doctor that I had first seen (Dr.Levy) he walked me through the process of getting acutane and put me on a plan that would work best. I had missed my 7 day window so I had to go back in. I specifically told her I did not understand how this process works since I couldn't figure it out the first time, she did not once ask what plan I had been set up with or tell me I needed to make an appointment on the way out for 31 days after. I was still under the impression I was suppose to be taking the medication ... read more
