Well when I showed up it was a zoo. The sign is so small and no one knew what to do or where to go. I'm 68 and had problems and people older it's just terrible. So you check in and wait but so busy no seats so people in hallway old and sad. The workers would call your name so ever so soft no one could hear them. They don't even come out in the hallway to call and you can't hear them. Affraid to use the restroom you might miss your turn. The whole set up was terrible for a Healthcare place. The staff at DR was very nice and the waiting time wasn’t long. This was the first time I’ve had an MRI done and was a little nervous and didn’t know what to expect. The radiologist was very kind, informative and helpful. He made me feel more at ease which Inso appreciated. I would highly recommend DR
