Desert Radiology always accommodating and ways polite
Didn’t have to wait. Appointment on time. And the radiologist was very nice.
I was happy with the facility and all staff members. However I had to call for days and put on hold for the longest time in order to take an appointment. It was a nightmare.
Check in went well and I was waiting long! The friendliness was exceptional at the front desk!
Denise was amazing. I was in and out with my mammogram. Denise was very professional and courteous. Excellent customer service.
No one lives medical visits. Such days are fraught with anxieties and long waits. However, the staff at the Castlerock location from front desk to tech were courteous, warm and professional-
The X-ray tech was very polite and helpful assisting an elderly in pain. He ensured we had the best care. TY
