It took me the first time it I called; I was on hold for 1 1/2 hour then call hung up on me. Then I called back. I was on hold for 2 hours and 20minutes. When the call was answered, she apologized, she got me the appointments. I understand that you have busy times, but a call should not take more than 10 minutes to schedule an appointment. It’s very unprofessional.

I had MRI scheduled at Desert radiology and found the whole process was very professional, smooth and handled by very competent people. From check-in Through completion everyone was professional and courteous.

Every thing was great except trying to make the appointment by phone or via assistance with chat on line. I finally had to drive to cathedral rock and make the appointment.
