No one answers your phone and then when they do, they put you on hold for another hour..just to make an appt from your referral.. this is very frustrating when you are in desperate need of follow up service and not get anyone to answer the phone..took me two days of calls and couldn’t book anything earlier than 2 months out..this is not like DR in the past..and it’s not acceptable..now I need a biopsy, and was sent ASAP and that’s 2 weeks out again. Facility location good only it’s very, very hard to make an appointment. It took me 2hours before someone finally answer my call. What’s up with that.? I almost Called my Dr. Office to refer me to other Radiologist in Las. Vegas. Receptionist on this location better upgrade their act.
