x-ray tech crystal didn't help me get up on x-ray bed even after telling her it's hard for me to get up the bed, she just watch me
It is too difficult to make an appointment. No one answers the phone or calls back.
The person that did my mammogram was very nice. I’m very upset with Desert Radiology scheduling. It took 2-3 months to get in for my mammogram. They found something suspicious so they wanted me to come back for more pictures and an ultrasound. That took 3 months to get back in for my recheck. That is ridiculous if they think something could be wrong. So my doctor called me a few days later and they want me to get a biopsy. Once again, can’t get me in until over a month.
