There should be more than one check in person as many patients are elderly can’t stand to check in.

Scheduling person was outstanding. Called back after the call was dropped. Was able to provide an apt that night within 3 hours of the call. All other aspects of my experience was outstanding

Took over an hour and a half to get an X-ray. While waiting not ONE X-ray was performed. Manager stayed it was. a System issue. I having reviewed customer service and support system for a living and this is a MANAGEMENT ISSUE. I have visited other locations and never waited more than 15-20 mins.

I usually go to the Centra Point location, but have in the past gone to other locations. The staff is always helpful and very friendly. The people performing the procedure are always concerned that you are comfortable and always explain what they are going to do. All of the locations I have been too through the years have always been very nice, very helpful and very pleasant to deal with. That includes calling to get an appointment for the procedure that is needed. They always try to accommodate you. I have never had a... read more
