Satisfied and happy for the service
Hold time for appts is RIDICULOUS. It took 3 calls with hold time of over 45 muns. The girl who scheduled my appt was also awful.
Smooth efficient
Customer service gave in wrong instructions, told me that I don’t need to make appointments, just walk in. I did and I was told differently. Very disappointing!!!! I showed up at one of the location in Las Vegas, at front desk, she told me that they are full and I have to make appointment 3 months from that day.
MRI tech was great, but scheduling an appointment is absolutely awful! The hold times are over and hour, there’s no waitlist to get an earlier date in case someone cancels, which would be fine if you weren’t told that you had to call back and then wait over an hour again. Then if you go directly into the facility to schedule they tell you that it will be at least an hour and a half to schedule an appointment. I would never recommend this facility with the hold times that you have.
You need to hire more employees to answer the phones. I had tried making an appointment for 21/2 weeks and even waited up to 47 minutes trying to make an MRI appointment. I finally went in to do X-rays and make the appointment but apparently for the past 5 MONTHS you haven’t had an X-ray tech at that location. How does a Radiology business have no X-RAY TECH? I’m extremely disappointed. If this happens again I will be going to Steinberg Diagnostics for sure!

Deberían de tener todos los servicios en todas las locaciones Tuve que ir a 3 para poderme sacar una radiografía Una que no hay RX los viernes y otra que ahí no sacan RX De que sirve que estén cerca de mi domicilio si tengo que ir lejos a obtener el servicio que necesito
