The staff in the waiting room in the back was rude and made the visit very undesirable. She told me she was doing me a favor by scheduling my appt/intake because ur facility was short staffed. I asked to speak to a manager- she stated she will tell me the same thing. She was never pleasant or apologetic for such awful service. I asked to see the referral as it was the wrong one for my mammogram. Its been over 2 weeks and I really don’t even want to come back to your clinic but have no options.
