Scheduling and follow-up phone calls were informative and clear. Paperwork was able to be completed beforehand from online forms, not wasting time in the building. They accommodated my scheduling needs by 30 minutes since I was coming from work. The staff were pleasant and efficient. The nuclear medicine Tech, Leman, was awesome!
I just had XRays done and I knew going in they did not make appointments for them. It was an extremely busy day for them and I thought oh no I am going to be there for hours. Once Jasmine who had great customer service skills got me admitted I only had to wait 30 minutes. The tech brought me back who also was extremely nice and knowledgeable I was done in 15 minutes. I wish I could remember her name.to acknowledge her.
Although one office had a long wait for a walk in X Ray, the staffers were kind enough to call the other office which had a much shorter wait time! The staff at the other office was just as helpful! The only negative is the inquisition at the front door informing me that mask are optional and 2-3 questions Covid related…
I love going to Desert Radiology because getting appointments are so easy, they are in very good locations with easy in and out access. Desert Radiology have very great workers on all levels. Everything is explained step by step and I just love that you can do walk in x-rays with very little wait. That is why I was there on my last visit and I didn't wait long at all! Thanks to all of the staff in all of your locations.
I had an appointment for a mammogram, and an RX in hand for bilateral knee X-rays, at the W. Horizon Ridge location. My appointment was for 725 am, and I was asked to arrive at 715 am for paperwork. I was walking out by 815 am. This location seems to run like a well-oiled machine. The mammogram tech and the radiology techs were wonderful.
