The wait time was not too long. The staff was very nice. They decorate the waiting room for the holidays too.

Most of your employees are fine, but I was asked to come in 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork. I wasn't even given the paperwork until 5 minutes after my appointment time. Then when I asked to see the lady's ID badge (which she was wearing backwards), she flashed it at me and then put it backwards again. I'm sure this is intentional.
