from start to finish this company has no reason to be in business
6.5 hour visit on a "slow" day (according to the security staff) to get an xray. Medical and Front Desk staff failed to deliver requested CD of x-ray images, perhaps because they had all gone home for the day, despite the fact that I had not yet been discharged.
Most of your employees are fine, but I was asked to come in 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork. I wasn't even given the paperwork until 5 minutes after my appointment time. Then when I asked to see the lady's ID badge (which she was wearing backwards), she flashed it at me and then put it backwards again. I'm sure this is intentional.
I was left sitting even asked what was going and front desk person and was told she was working on my paper work then went to lunch forgetting all about me . An hour latter asked and was helped I fast Time. The man taking my Xray was great and very helpful
Under the circumstances of staff being overworked and having to wear masks all day and dealing with negative complaining public. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate my needs. Your people deserve raises and appreciation.
My wait time to get registered in for my procedure made it so I was late having it done!!! Something needs to be done to speed up this process I will maybe re-think my needs for where I get my procedure done next time
