Everyone is very kind & helpful
No privacy Unable to make an appointment in my home and forced to make an appointment in a public area full of people. I was asked personal health questions and they were Repeated to a scheduler on the phone. Waited 2 hours for an appointment and then was told there are no more appointments scheduled after 3 o’clock. Megan out front was great but the other chick that was taking the money was very rude disrespectful talk down to me and I will never deal with her again !!!!!
Lady at the front desk tried to have me sign a paper stating I had received a copy of the privacy policy. I refused to sign because I hadn't received the copy. Staff in the back were great. Now the next day I am being texted to fill out a survey, I never agreed to be sent text only phone calls. Seems to be a biased survey as well. Not impressed!
Getting through to make an appointment is the hardest part. I spent 45 minutes on hold one day. I spent 45 minutes the second time until someone finally answered.
if at all possible, get your tests at another facility! scheduling staff are uneducated. appointments are made at one place for all locations, the wait time has been up to an hour each time I have called. if you must (as I must) use DR ask your physician for prep procedures. I drove 150 miles three 3 times for the same test because of misinformation given to me by DR

I've been trying for over a month to get a Ct on my knee.. Also a CTA being my Drout these on the same order they told me she would have to redo the order. Dr.called over a week ago and they still don’t have the orders.
I had a stat ultrasound that was supposed to be done ASAP AND GOT PUSHED A WEEK OUT and because of that I had to have emergency surgery because I had a liter and a half of blood in my abdomen will have a really big long talk with your operation manager
