Ok, think tester was a little impatient She said I was breathing too hard Tester results take too long to receive back
Slow service had to pretty much explain how to do their job. The wait time was good, the techs were good but when requested for cd at end was told couple of min should be out. After almost an 1hr the front didnt know what the back was doing and had no way to communicate with tech. I was ready to leave due to i had work and lived 1hr away and was finally givin the cd which should have took 20-30 min tops facility was nice
Too long to wait. Walking kept being pushed to front of me. I waited over an hour for my appointment.
As a veteran who had a cat scan for 1/23/2023 they have rejected taking VA payment which pays on a scale like Medicare. Constantly billing me when they know the VA is the only one making payments for their services. Now the they have referred me to a collection agency in Henderson. I've had the kind people at the VA call them numerous times but they never have a logical understanding that only one payment covers both facility and service. The receptionist couldn’t find my name. Had to go 3 times and when she finally found it It was in there all along . Under pJ Petersen. She was looking for p petersen. Gees!!!!! Birthdate was the same !!!
I’d give ZERO stars if I could but in order to leave a review I have to leave at least one. For the record, the staff at every location I have been to has been 5 stars. Pleasant, helpful, compassionate and always explaining the procedure. Your out of the country Call Center to schedule appointments SUCKS. They are very hard to understand making the call twice as long and even worse is that the information I received from them regarding my pre-procedure prep was 100% WRONG!
