Showed up at the appointment to find they never checked my insurance. Had to pay to get my ultrasound. Tech was great. When I called to get a copy of my invoice to submit to my insurance company they said I needed to send proof of payment. Really? It posted in my account and they said they can send the invoice after they receive my proof in 30-45 days. This level of bureaucracy means I will never be back there as I have neither the time nor patience for this.
