Overall experience from check in to check out is excellent. However, please improve the wait time on the phone to schedule or reschedule an appointment. The 3 times I called recently took more than an hour each time before somebody answered. The good thing though, the persons who eventually answered were very polite, helpful and knowledgeable.Â
Very little wait time. The tech explained everything before n checked on me during. I felt very comfortable n stayed relaxed for a procedure that took 45 mins.Â
The staff was friendly and great to work with...Â
Technician was very nice.She explain everything to me since it’s my first time to do my mammogram.Â
