The receptionist Marissa was helpful and friendly. The UTS Crystal was friendly and attentive. Good place and good people.

Overall experience from check in to check out is excellent. However, please improve the wait time on the phone to schedule or reschedule an appointment. The 3 times I called recently took more than an hour each time before somebody answered. The good thing though, the persons who eventually answered were very polite, helpful and knowledgeable.

Very little wait time. The tech explained everything before n checked on me during. I felt very comfortable n stayed relaxed for a procedure that took 45 mins.

The receptionist and the technician is very courteous and respectful. Although, it is inconvenient to locate my authorization through requesting it from my primary care doctor. They went out of their way to call and make sure I have my authorization otherwise I wouldn’t be able to make it to my appointment on time. It was a hassle because I understand calling the dr office can be time consuming on their behalf… Thank you
