The receptionist and the technician is very courteous and respectful. Although, it is inconvenient to locate my authorization through requesting it from my primary care doctor. They went out of their way to call and make sure I have my authorization otherwise I wouldn’t be able to make it to my appointment on time. It was a hassle because I understand calling the dr office can be time consuming on their behalf… Thank youÂ
The staff member that waited on me was so nice and very helpful. The only thing I regret is not getting her name .Â
My experience was pleasant, the tech was very friendly and patiently listened to my concerns.Â
