Customer service was excellent in person! Took 40 minutes of being on hold to schedule the appointment!🤬 Technician was very friendly also!
The staff was very efficient and treated me kindly.

Jeff and James were my technicians/team mates that did my MRI Brain. They were absolutely amazing and took such good care of me. Thanks guys, you are the best!
The technicians are very professional and nice. I like the Rainbow location because they are usually on time and even early sometimes. The only thing I don't like about Desert Radiology is that they want new forms filled out at every visit. It's easy to print out the information on file for a patient and ask for corrections or verification that nothing has changed.
