From the moment I entered the showroom I knew I would have confidence in this company. From the 1st person who greeted me till the carpet was installed it was professional, quality and a pleasure to work with all the team.
Salesperson, Karen, was very helpful and made choosing the carpet very easy. Installers, Antonio and Manuel, were on time and did a very nice job. They were professional and concerned that I was satisfied. I have purchased carpeting from DeSitter before and will always use them as my first choice.
Very impressed with my experience at the DeSitter's Glen Ellyn store. My sales, Tim, was very knowledgably and easy to work with. Scheduling an apt that worked for me was also an easy process. On the day of installation, my installer, Alfredo was very punctual, courteous & a real craftsman. The floor was done beautifully.

I would definitely recommend DeSitter Flooring to others. The sales associate was knowledgeable, personable and helpful. He helped us select a beautiful hardwood floor that looks great in the house. The installation was done in a better time frame than we expected and the installers did a great job.
I walked into the store on a Saturday to look at options to carpet our stairs - I was in a hurry. Paul quickly showed me the carpeting to look at, provided me large samples to bring home, and even came that day to measure! He got me the contract that night and it was installed by Thursday at such a reasonable price. Couldn't be happier with the service.
They recovered nicely from a bad installation. They came to install carpet and realized that they measured incorrectly. Since we were having our final inspection they got some carpet from the warehouse and installed it and ordered us more carpet. Today they installed the correct one and the guys were fantastic. It was unfortunate but they took full blame and were very empathetic. Like I said, they made a great recovery.
Had the product we wanted, at a reasonable price...made the transaction very smooth. Old carpet removal was quick and efficient.
