Our sales person, Sharon, was very helpful in our ordering of an area rug we needed for our basement. Alicia helped with the binding colors and followed up when she thought there was an error in the color. We have used DeSitter before and so did my daughter. We were pleased with the quality and selection of options we had to choose from in their store. They delivered the carpet on time and it was what we expected.

Our salesperson, Tim, was professional, knowledgeable, kind and incredibly patient with us throughout the process of choosing carpet for our home. I highly recommend Tim who works out of the Glen Ellyn showroom. Our carpeting was installed over a two day period this week. The installers were meticulous and did an exceptional job. They demonstrated the utmost care when moving, disassembling and reassembling our furniture. Overall, we were very pleased, and would return to DeSitter for any future flooring needs.
