Tim was great to work with in the store. Knowledgeable and understanding of my needs. Installation was prompt. The gentlemen were friendly and accommodating! Would definitely recommend DeSitters!
Tim was very prompt and helpful and came out right away to measure after our flood. He was very helpful with the carpet choices and money saving. The installation was later than anticipated, the installers were running behind at a previous job but called to apologize and said they were running late. We do have one spot we’ve noticed is t quite right on the stairs and will be calling to have them fix it. Overall very happy with the customer service and carpet.
The sales staff and installation personnel were informative and polite. The work was done on time and with minimal disruption to the household.

Needed to replace carpet in my office with hard wood; it was a small job and I was concerned it may not get the attention I wanted BUT DeSitter treated my small job so professionally, their people are friendly, courteous and know their stuff. They always took the time to answer my questions. Clean up was great. I am very happy with my new floor!
