DeSitter replaced the 10 year old carpet with hard wood floors. They were able to find the same shade and with of the current hardwood in the rest of our house. Joanne & Anthony were helpful in the pre install project. Jessie & his install team were on time, efficient and respectful of our home. We have used DeSitter for almost all our flooring needs in the 18 years in our home. We will continue to use them as needs arise.
DeSitter installed our master bedroom carpet and the entire upstairs shall, three bedrooms, and the staircase. The two gentlemen were efficient and quickly moved all of the heavy stuff that my husband and I couldn't manage. When finished, they replaced the furniture and took away the old carpeting and pads, which was a real bonus as it would have been difficult for us to dispose of. Our sales associate, Joann was great. We looked at exactly what we needed to replace our basement carpeting. The installers were prompt, furniture was moved and replaced including the pool table without problem. We were very pleased and would definitely use DeSitter again.
Allan was a knowledgeable sales associate. We appreciate all the help he gave us on the carpeting choice for our bedroom. It looks beautiful. The only disappoint we had was the cleanup by the installers. They left debris on our adjoining wood floor. We would definitely use DeSitter flooring again.
Our salesperson, Hana, was very helpful in coordinating a repair to our floor and selection and installation of carpeting. Repairmen and installers were all very prompt, neat, and professional.

Our Sales rep Terry was very personable. She answered my questions and also added information about different carpeting to help me to make a decision. I never felt pressured or like I was being talked to by a "used car saleman." The installers cams on time and did a nice job of installing our carpet too!
