I worked with Karen in LaGrange and, as she has helped in the past, the project of carpeting four upstairs bedrooms was accomplished with great success. The installers were very polite and worked continually to get the job done in one day and their work was right on!!

We had a big project, re-carpeting the entire second floor. I worked with Anne in LaGrange. She's a pro, very knowledgeable and helpful about things I hadn't even considered. The guys who installed were professional, friendly and did the whole project in one day. Amazing. The carpet is gorgeous and every time I walk upstairs, I get a smile on my face.

In the showroom no one was pushy, always polite, knowledgeable and helpful. On the phone they were patient and helpful but returning calls could have been better. The flooring we picked is gorgeous and the installation was great. The installers were, efficient, professional and prompt.

We recently had 2 rooms re-carpeted. Extremely happy with whole process of selecting, being able to take samples home, installers came right on time. They even cleaned my air-vents after they removed furniture from our bedroom. Good quality carpet - they also have installed a custom made stair runner which was also fabulous. Highly recommend.

We replaced carpet in a single room last year using a different company. I was truly dreading having to go through he process again when we needed our hallway and stairs recarpeted this year. I could not be more delighted with the service we received. Terry was knowledgeable and efficient with helping us select and measure. Scheduling was flexible without crazy schedule. Installation was prompt, efficient and well done. We will definitely return for other rooms when needed!

DeSitter is by far the best carpet company out there. Allan was patient and listened to my every need. I needed carpeting and wood planking to be done in the basement and to be installed on 2 separate days, not a problem. The installers were very professional and did and amazing job. I will purchase from DeSitter for any future needs
