It was a 5 star overall experience. Anne helped us through our carpet needs and was incredibly helpful and made the process and seamless as possible. The installation was timely and turned out better than we thought. I would highly recommend.

We could not ask for a better experience. Each step of the process went perfectly! My husband and I are new to the area and visited DeSitter for a new floor in a downstairs basement bedroom after a water problem. Hana did a great job helping us. She is knowledgeable and builds a great relationship with her customers. We are very happy with DeSitter and will definitely recommend to others.

I worked with Karen in LaGrange and, as she has helped in the past, the project of carpeting four upstairs bedrooms was accomplished with great success. The installers were very polite and worked continually to get the job done in one day and their work was right on!!

We had a big project, re-carpeting the entire second floor. I worked with Anne in LaGrange. She's a pro, very knowledgeable and helpful about things I hadn't even considered. The guys who installed were professional, friendly and did the whole project in one day. Amazing. The carpet is gorgeous and every time I walk upstairs, I get a smile on my face.

In the showroom no one was pushy, always polite, knowledgeable and helpful. On the phone they were patient and helpful but returning calls could have been better. The flooring we picked is gorgeous and the installation was great. The installers were, efficient, professional and prompt.

We recently had 2 rooms re-carpeted. Extremely happy with whole process of selecting, being able to take samples home, installers came right on time. They even cleaned my air-vents after they removed furniture from our bedroom. Good quality carpet - they also have installed a custom made stair runner which was also fabulous. Highly recommend.
