We recently had new carpet installed in our master bedroom and closet. DeSitter was kind enough to hold the carpet for us several months after we ordered it, as our project took a bit longer to complete than anticipated. Installation went smoothly. Tim O'Brien in Sales was very helpful and professional. My only "complaint" was that installers failed to mention to us that one of the doors now needed to be adjusted (planed) in order to properly fit. This is our third carpet that we bought from DeSitter's, over the years and we were very pleased with the sales staff (Paul Massey), and with the quality of the carpet. Paul was helpful and made excellent suggestions and answered our questions. Details of ordering were a bit complicated becasue of unrelated issues, and the sales staff was flexible and helpful. The installation was perfect and we are very happy with the resulting pad and carpet.

We had hard wood floors in our entry and kitchen but carpet in living and dining area. We wanted to put wood in those rooms too. After roaming around home depot I decided enough... just go to the pros. Desitter did an outstanding job matching the existing floor. Worth every penny. From Sharon in the showroom to Anthony as foreman and Alexis and Casper as installers they made it easy. I especially like the beautiful wood vents they custom made. They are true craftsmen. DeSitter installed our beautuful carpeting on the main level of our home right after Labor Day. Our salesman, Paul Massey, was so helpful and answered several questions we had regarding transitions between rooms and stairs and placement of our new baseboards. The installers were great, especially careful with carpeting our less-than-perfect stairs. They did a beautiful job and moved our furniture back too. We will definitely visit DeSitter again when we are ready to carpet our lower level.
