This is our third carpet that we bought from DeSitter's, over the years and we were very pleased with the sales staff (Paul Massey), and with the quality of the carpet. Paul was helpful and made excellent suggestions and answered our questions. Details of ordering were a bit complicated becasue of unrelated issues, and the sales staff was flexible and helpful. The installation was perfect and we are very happy with the resulting pad and carpet.

We had hard wood floors in our entry and kitchen but carpet in living and dining area. We wanted to put wood in those rooms too. After roaming around home depot I decided enough... just go to the pros. Desitter did an outstanding job matching the existing floor. Worth every penny. From Sharon in the showroom to Anthony as foreman and Alexis and Casper as installers they made it easy. I especially like the beautiful wood vents they custom made. They are true craftsmen. DeSitter installed our beautuful carpeting on the main level of our home right after Labor Day. Our salesman, Paul Massey, was so helpful and answered several questions we had regarding transitions between rooms and stairs and placement of our new baseboards. The installers were great, especially careful with carpeting our less-than-perfect stairs. They did a beautiful job and moved our furniture back too. We will definitely visit DeSitter again when we are ready to carpet our lower level.

I had flooring installed in 2 rooms on 2 separate days. I am very pleased with the products and the efficiency of their installation. Working with DeSitter has been a positive experience and I love the fact they have a local showroom and caring reps to work with you through the whole process.
I’m a repeat customer because of the customer service at DeSitters in Glen Ellyn. Came back to Paul because he is very helpful in making a choice when there’s so many options. Gave me the price, what was included, made sure it was available for two rooms. Waited for me on my timeline when it could be installed and it was done. Guys did a great job and left everything clean. I did my homework.....don’t go anywhere else. Stay local.
DeSitter flooring did an amazing job putting carpet in our 2nd floor and LVT tiling on our first floor and basement. There were a few issues with defective product, and as first time homebuyers thus was terrifying. However, the men who were installing the floor noticed it right away and all of the management and senior representatives were quick to fix the issue and offer alternative solutions so that we wouldn't have to wait an additional two weeks for our flooring to be finished. DeSitter Flooring is great. All the installations were on time. The installers, Antonio and Manual were excellent. Paul Massey was great to work with. He knows everything about the product, and is a friendly and all around nice guy.
