I recently purchased bedroom carpeting from DeSitter. The assistance that I received from Allen and the installation was excellent. I would definitely purchase additional carpet there.
Dealing with Paul and De Sitters was a very pleasant experience for being a first time customer. Paul explained the different ways the carpet could be installed on my stairs and hallway. Installation went smoothly and installers were very thorough. I would recommend De Sitter flooring to my friends. I'm definitely going back and looking for new flooring for my kitchen. From the moment I stepped into the store in Glen Ellyn, I knew that I had made the right decision of going to DeSitter. The selection was phenomenal and the sales representative was knowledgeable and helpful. The gentleman who measured the room was efficient and was finished quickly and produced a perfect product. The installation crew was professional, well trained and completed the project in a timely fashion and with minimum noise. They cleaned up when the project was complete and the room was perfect when they left.
On time, installed perfectly. Clean-up was great and they even put the furniture back exactly as it was.
I am thrilled with my new flooring! Product is of excellent quality & color. Everyone who sees it is very impressed and wants to know where I got it. DeSitter provided outstanding service including promptly answering all my questions and installing the flooring exactly as described on time. DeSitter was excellent at each phase of the carpet buying experience. Our salesman, Tim O'Brien, took the time to understand our carpeting needs and installation requirements. The gentleman that did the measuring was prompt and expedient. I can't say enough good things about the installers. The crew showed up on time, They were very careful moving the big pieces of furniture and made sure the new carpet was perfect. DeSitter certainly met and exceeded our expectations.
De sitter went above and beyond our expectations. Tim (sales) was knowledgeable about every type of flooring. He helped us to find wool carpeting that was within our budget and addressed our allergy concerns. Scheduling was timely and there was good communication throughout. The installers did a beautiful job as well ! We couldn’t be happier and would recommend Desitter highly !
This is the second time we've purchased from DeSitter. This experience matched my expectations and then some. The staff I met with in regards to making a few changes were very helpful and accommodating. Our carpet was installed by two excellent installers and overall a very good experience.
