We've made two carpet purchases now from De Sitter and have been extremely pleased with each. Both of our salesmen, Tim O'Brien and Paul Massey, were very knowledgeable, easy to work with and made a number of helpful suggestions. The installers we had were also outstanding. Had a few problems with having phone calls returned prior to getting a contact.also the people that moved the furniture did not return until the following day.They were supposed to be back to reset late afternoon or early evening.But we are very satisfied with the new floor.the work was done on schedule and the installer was excellent.He was prompt efficient and professional.Also did a very good job of cleaning up.overall a very good experience.

All went so well. I really appreciate that you just held the carpet for awhile as the new remodeling and painting were finally done. The Irish salesman ( I forget his name except he was a charming Irishman ) was most helpful and got the message that we have pets and this carpet may have a few accidents. Well, it happened yesterday and I’m happy to report it cleaned up beautifully. Hooray !

Overall, great customer service. We had a few issues with installation of carpet on our stairs and seams in our basement but DeSitter responded accordingly and took care of the issues.
