Entire purchase process through installation was excellent. Karen Gaimari was very, very helpful and the installers did an excellent job and could not have been nicer and more accommodating. Our several prior excellent Desitter experiences were related!

Last week DeSitter Flooring did a superb job installing our basement floor. From the first time we went into the store to the time the flooring was installed, everyone we met was very professional and knowledgeable. The salesperson helped us to decide exactly what kind of flooring was appropriate for our needs. The install guys were quick, friendly and communicated well. In fact, they we're one hour early. I would have preferred a phone call for them to say they were on their way since it was so much earlier than anticipated. I was very impressed because I expressed concern that it was not the carpet that I picked out. Which certainly wasn't their fault just my eyes. they must have told somebody in the warehouse once they got back because I got a phone call very quickly from the store manager. It was a great experience all around.

Our sales rep, Hana, did a great job of explaining the various types and styles of carpeting we were interested in and the two installers were very efficient and through.

We had flooring installed in our Living room and dining room that included the removal and disposal of old carpeting. All the work was completed in 7 hours and we are totally satisfied with the product and installation. Sales person Tim O'Brien was very patient with us as it took a few weeks to decide which floor we wanted. I highly recommend DeSitter Flooring.
