It's a terrible feeling to spend close to $2200 to try to look more refreshed and have the results that I I do! I was injected with fillers over my cheekbones and it looks like cylinders above my cheekbones which have created hollowed areas underneath from my ears toward my mouth that create an aged appearance. On top of that, the circles under my eyes have been more pronounced and now look like pools surrounded by deep wrinkles giving me a "Skeleton" appearance. Just wanted to give an update. The fillers that were used under my eyes have no left a huge bag. I went to dissolve them after the procedure and it didn't work. A few years later, they are still there and every time I see the bag that I didn't have before this awful procedure, I want to cry. Thank you for running my face.

Usually I don't leave negative reviews but I thought that people should know the truth. The office is gorgeous and clean but they try to force you to get more treatments than you need. I came in for CoolSculpting and was quoted a price that was almost a thousand dollars more than another place. I tried to book an appointment and didn't receive a call back for days. Since reopening their customer service is horrific. I texted and was asked questions that could have been easily answered had the employee reviewed my history. Prices have increased and prior industry discounts are no longer offered. You're not the only game in town, thank goodness goodness. Peace out

I had texted the phone line to book my appointment as a first time guest. I had arrived for my appointment & the doors were locked (such as COVID protocols have enforced, which is fine). Someone answered the door and asked if I had an appointment, to which I said "Yes, at 9:45". She said "...did you text us?" Heed my warning, do not come here. I was very disappointed with the service I received here back in July. I came in with Melonie to fix my under eye troughs with fillers, expecting a natural result as we had discussed during the consultation. The days following the procedure, I was swollen, as expected. However, even a month later I knew something was off. I really wanted to like this place since it is right across the street from my work (I was driving to Rocklin previously to have it done). Destination aesthetics (Elk Grove) is beautiful, the front desk staff are very friendly, and the person who did my lip flip was super sweet (although I had no results), answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable (Julianne). I decided to give DA a shot for Botox (pun intended) instead of my usual place in EDH. The staff was obviously very knowledgeable, making sure to thoroughly explain everything despite knowing that I had been getting Botox for the last two years. I appreciated it. I explained to the injector that my EDH place referred to me as a cheap date, because my body responds to Botox without needing a ton. I explained that I didn't want my forehead to be frozen.
