Melonie and Sydney are so sweet! I got tear trough fillers and they made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Melonie answered all my questions, I felt bad for probably annoying her but she was so sweet in answering them. I had no bruising and results looked great. I felt like my body metabolized it so quickly but melonie also said I need a second syringe so I will def be going back. I hate to leave a bad review given how nice the staff are. But I keep getting emails to leave a review, and I had a bad experience that should be shared. I visited Destination Aesthetics on late August to try Botox for the first time. The nurse was really nice and she said she does minimal injections as to not have an overdone look. I preferred that, and she injected me with Botox in my forehead and chin area. I was told to not exercise, lie flat, etc after the treatment. So I didn't and that experience was fine. Did hydra facial here, the experience was horrible. The lady who did my facial was very rough, left a lot red marks on my face, today they all turned purple and bruised. She even did it on my lips super roughly to the point where I ate a lot of the product they used on my face. I normally do hydrafacial once a month and never had an experience like this. Usually visit the location in Sacramento (which I have had positive experiences), but I work in Elk Grove and thought I'd give it a try because I could go during lunch. Scheduled an appointment and they sent me a text the day before to say they had to cancel. I rescheduled online and then again, they canceled the appointment. I tried a third time. I rescheduled...and again they canceled! When I finally got an appointment at the Sacramento location I explained what happened and they had no explanation.

I posted a review October 2021 after a negative experience with a technician at the Sacramento location, which spurred an immediate reply. After speaking with a company representative, I went back and had a positive experience with a different technician. When I wanted another minimum amount of Botox units earlier this week, the Sacramento location was booked and I made an appointment at the Elk Grove location this past Monday, February 21. Since reopening their customer service is horrific. I texted and was asked questions that could have been easily answered had the employee reviewed my history. Prices have increased and prior industry discounts are no longer offered. You're not the only game in town, thank goodness goodness. Peace out

I had texted the phone line to book my appointment as a first time guest. I had arrived for my appointment & the doors were locked (such as COVID protocols have enforced, which is fine). Someone answered the door and asked if I had an appointment, to which I said "Yes, at 9:45". She said "...did you text us?"
