Went in for a hydrafacial with Janelle and absolutely loved it! She took very good care of me, she explained everything along way and made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommend this place.

Melonie is a sweetheart! I asked for a natural look and she definitely delivered. My main concern was bruising but I did not bruise at all the day after! Swelling is expected but I can't wait to see the results when I'm healed. Mia at the front desk was also very friendly and welcoming. I definitely recommend!

This place is so great! The ladies are so friendly, patient and knowledgable. I had a million and one questions about wrinkle repair/ prevention. I left with a whole new skin care regiment and felt educated and empowered to start taking better care of my face and skin. Melanie was so bubbly and friendly. I wanted to leave a review for this location. I've been to Sacramento, but this was my first Elk Grove visit. Mia immediately texted me back and I got a same day appointment. I had a hydra facial when I was traveling earlier in the year and I was desperate for another one. Janell was my esthetician and she was wonderful. She was warm and personable. Melonie and Sydney are so sweet! I got tear trough fillers and they made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Melonie answered all my questions, I felt bad for probably annoying her but she was so sweet in answering them. I had no bruising and results looked great. I felt like my body metabolized it so quickly but melonie also said I need a second syringe so I will def be going back. I took a day off for mine and my mom's appointment with Jessica. They text me the same day to cancel that appointment. I mean, I took a day off. I am not working. I lose that money just to come to my appointment. You could have text me day before that way I could not lose those hours. That is so unprofessional.

I hate to leave a bad review given how nice the staff are. But I keep getting emails to leave a review, and I had a bad experience that should be shared. I visited Destination Aesthetics on late August to try Botox for the first time. The nurse was really nice and she said she does minimal injections as to not have an overdone look. I preferred that, and she injected me with Botox in my forehead and chin area. I was told to not exercise, lie flat, etc after the treatment. So I didn't and that experience was fine. Did hydra facial here, the experience was horrible. The lady who did my facial was very rough, left a lot red marks on my face, today they all turned purple and bruised. She even did it on my lips super roughly to the point where I ate a lot of the product they used on my face. I normally do hydrafacial once a month and never had an experience like this.
