Usually visit the location in Sacramento (which I have had positive experiences), but I work in Elk Grove and thought I'd give it a try because I could go during lunch. Scheduled an appointment and they sent me a text the day before to say they had to cancel. I rescheduled online and then again, they canceled the appointment. I tried a third time. I rescheduled...and again they canceled! When I finally got an appointment at the Sacramento location I explained what happened and they had no explanation.

I posted a review October 2021 after a negative experience with a technician at the Sacramento location, which spurred an immediate reply. After speaking with a company representative, I went back and had a positive experience with a different technician. Since reopening their customer service is horrific. I texted and was asked questions that could have been easily answered had the employee reviewed my history. Prices have increased and prior industry discounts are no longer offered. You're not the only game in town, thank goodness goodness. Peace out

I had texted the phone line to book my appointment as a first time guest. I had arrived for my appointment & the doors were locked (such as COVID protocols have enforced, which is fine). Someone answered the door and asked if I had an appointment, to which I said "Yes, at 9:45". She said "...did you text us?" Heed my warning, do not come here. I was very disappointed with the service I received here back in July. I came in with Melonie to fix my under eye troughs with fillers, expecting a natural result as we had discussed during the consultation. The days following the procedure, I was swollen, as expected. However, even a month later I knew something was off. I really wanted to like this place since it is right across the street from my work (I was driving to Rocklin previously to have it done). Destination aesthetics (Elk Grove) is beautiful, the front desk staff are very friendly, and the person who did my lip flip was super sweet (although I had no results), answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable (Julianne). People are welcoming. But not even 1 day after my hydra facial I already have breakouts coming out. Crazy! My purpose of having a hydra facial was to reduce breakouts and acne not to add more to it. I'm really disappointed about the outcome. Not coming back! Update: they've reached out to me to work things out for the good with free sesh. Wanted to try the new location so I came in to get a syringe for my under eyes. Melanie was my injector, even though she was nice she made remarks which made me feel uncomfortable. I was a bit late so she said that my numbing time was over which was fine since that was my fault. She cleaned my eyes with a wipe and said oh I love it when my patients are clean. Okay whatever.
