Heed my warning, do not come here. I was very disappointed with the service I received here back in July. I came in with Melonie to fix my under eye troughs with fillers, expecting a natural result as we had discussed during the consultation. The days following the procedure, I was swollen, as expected. However, even a month later I knew something was off. I really wanted to like this place since it is right across the street from my work (I was driving to Rocklin previously to have it done). Destination aesthetics (Elk Grove) is beautiful, the front desk staff are very friendly, and the person who did my lip flip was super sweet (although I had no results), answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable (Julianne). People are welcoming. But not even 1 day after my hydra facial I already have breakouts coming out. Crazy! My purpose of having a hydra facial was to reduce breakouts and acne not to add more to it. I'm really disappointed about the outcome. Not coming back! Update: they've reached out to me to work things out for the good with free sesh. Thanks for attending to my concern and making me a happy customer!

Wanted to try the new location so I came in to get a syringe for my under eyes. Melanie was my injector, even though she was nice she made remarks which made me feel uncomfortable. I was a bit late so she said that my numbing time was over which was fine since that was my fault. She cleaned my eyes with a wipe and said oh I love it when my patients are clean. Okay whatever.
