People are welcoming. But not even 1 day after my hydra facial I already have breakouts coming out. Crazy! My purpose of having a hydra facial was to reduce breakouts and acne not to add more to it. I'm really disappointed about the outcome. Not coming back! Update: they've reached out to me to work things out for the good with free sesh. Thanks for attending to my concern and making me a happy customer!

Wanted to try the new location so I came in to get a syringe for my under eyes. Melanie was my injector, even though she was nice she made remarks which made me feel uncomfortable. I was a bit late so she said that my numbing time was over which was fine since that was my fault. She cleaned my eyes with a wipe and said oh I love it when my patients are clean. Okay whatever.
