ORDERED A PART, NO UPDATE ON TRACKING AFTER LABEL CREATED. EMAILED BUT NO REPLY, CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE NO PICK UP AFTER MULTIPLE LONG HOLD, IRONICALLY IF YOU WANT TO PUT DOWN NEW ORDER PHONE GETS ANSWERED WITHIN MATTER OF MINUTES. GOOD LUCK FINDING dETROIT AXLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT IF THERE REALLY IS ONE

Have used them a few times before and loved them. But this time is different. Ordered wrong part I guess on my end but their site said it was the right size. So returned it paid stocking fee and extra for the correct size. Still waiting almost 2 weeks later still haven't received part. They create a shipping label but thats about it. I will not order again if its not resolved

Not worth going Thur send u wrong parts and make u pay have them shipped back and buy restock.

Waited 2 months for them to call me to warranty out parts for my truck and they told me I could only warranty out the parts one time and I've warranty out other parts more than once

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. I ordered my part on January 5th. I received an email the next day that it was ready to ship. It is now the 15th and I have been calling for the last couple days and can't get ahold of anyone. Finally someone answered and "looked into it". They got back on the phone and told me it's out of stock. ALMOST 2 WEEKS LATER AND I HAD TO CONTACT THEM TO FIND OUT MY PART IS OUT OF STOCK?! WTF?! 0 STARS IF I COULD.

Terrible company, placed 2 orders with them and probably won't ever use them again. 1st order I placed was for a wheel hub and cv axle placed on the same day shipped on the same day but when I received the cv axle the box was way to small to have a wheel hub in there as well and the weight ups had was to light to be a hub and cv. called and 1st rep hung up on me 2nd rep got my hub sent out but had to wait a week and said he would give me a partial refund of 15 on a 70 dollar item well wheel hub came in about a week later an... read more

Ordered a lower left control arm for my 05 volvo s40 t5 and it was wrong says it is the 18mm ball joint but it isn't it is a 15mm very disappointed. I have bought many parts I run Detroit axles and control arms on my 3/4 ton truck and love them. But not impressed with this issue.

Total amateurs. Ordered a steering rack for an Audi S6. After two weeks of no part asked what was up...hadn't been sent, some vague excuse of checking something. Could have communicated that. Finally said they were shipping it the next day. A week later, no part. Hadn't shipped yet...still no communication from these clowns. Finally send it. Wrong part. Total, f-ing amateurs. started off a little sketchy but Xavier saved the day and the review. I originally put in an order for numerous parts and wanted to pay for them with my PayPal credit account, when I checked out it took it from my pay pal balance.
