Bought a Porsche Cayenne rack n pinion with sensor from Detroit axle, the rack came with No sensor even though the listing says...complete rack and pinion with sensor. I called and Detroit axle customer service said I had to send the whole rack back to get the sensor put on it. That is un-acceptable as I need transportation so I used the one from my factory rack with 140K on it. Worst service and timing I've ever experienced 2 weeks after purchasing my rack and pinion it still has not left their facility. They are in no way attempting to right the situation as well. Hands down the worst experience I've had with a parts company.

Quality JUNK !!! I purchased a wheel bearing Hub for my 2007 Buick Rendezvous in fall if 2019 which went bad in fall of 2020. I ordered a pair in October of 2020 and replaced the one that went bad and it went bay in 4 months. I called about warranty they said they would cover it but I had to pay shipping. Which was $21.00. I told them I would not throw good money after bad. Do not purchase this JUNK. Buy Local it will save much aggravation and time.

Received the wrong part. Was instructed to email pictures to an email address. Spent 50 minutes on hold waiting for customer service to find my email to confirm I received the incorrect part. New part cannot be expedited but have to wait 3-5 business days to receive the correct part. Very disappointed.

Horrible customer service! Ordered a replacement transmission for my 2013 GMC Acadia in November of 2019. Took over a month to ship it, and they LOST IT in transit! Sent a second one; ALSO LOST! Third one finally arrived two months after the original order. To their credit, they covered the full cost of the transmission, plus some of the labor. I'd like to leave zero stars, but that's not an option. I've purchased from them in the past and had zero problems. This last time has been less than pleasant. The customer service is polite on the phone and helpful, but when will their shop actually start testing, rebuilding, parts on a consistent basis?
