I have purchased lots of bearings form this company.Put a new bearing in a ram 3500 and it lasted maybe 2000 miles.I have called several times only to be out on hold or transferred and that ends it.They don’t want to exchange and they don’t return emails.I own a garage and I highly recommend you get your bearings local.At least you can return if needed.
Absolutely terrible service no communication at all sent me the wrong part and won't contact me at all to let me know what's going on was on hold for an hour and a half. Order your parts elsewhere unless you have unlimited time and funds to just throw around....
Bought slotted and drilled rotors and pad kit for my 2015 charger and the pads are terrible all they do is squeal very loudly when you use the brakes . Very disappointed expected better quality
The most horrible customer service experience. Very condescending customer service staff and unwilling to work with the customer. They wanted me to pay full price for a said warranty replacement that was not explicitly stated when i purchased the product. I thought this would be the place to send my cliental but not after this experience. As a woman versed in car mechanics the way these men spoke to me was deplorable.
Detroit Axle does not stand behind their products. I had a DEFECTIVE rack and pinion , the PSCM in the unit would not communicate with the other modules for the tration control and ABS systems. I had to purchase the unit from another sorce to finish the job in a timely manner. Detroit Axle refuses to refund because the unit was installed. I have no idea how I am to determine if the unit is gonna work without installing it. As far as I am concerded DETROIT AXLE RIPPED ME OFF!
I ordered and Installed a Rack and Pinion unit for a 2016 Explorer and it was defective. I have spent time and effort trying to get a return shipping lable and insrtuctions on getting my refund. So far I have had no luck , it's bad enough I lost a good sum of money on the job itself but my money is also tied up in a defective part. Warranty return service lacking.
Even though they have good part prices and a very good warranty term, the rep never informed me that I had to pay for shipping for a return item. That was like $30 deducted from my refund amount.That, is not fair to the customer, and I don't think I'll be doing further business with them again.
