If your looking for poor customer service then order from them. Just try and get Frank the Manager on the phone. Stay away. They send you the parts you didn't order.

I am trying to place an order; however, I can not place it unless my billing address matches my shipping address. I have a job and am not at my billing address. There is not a safe place for anything delivered to be left. I tried the chat box and was not able to be helped. i guess you dont warranty your parts parts that have no warranty they could at least warranty there parts i have to do the labor and eat that now i got to eat the parts to what a great co.
Terrible fitment!!!! The break pads I purchased for my Ford Focus didn’t not fit in the caliper and had to be ground down in order to fit. Besides that the pads and rotors worked fine.
ordered parts, 2 days later parts arrive. Great, no, wrong parts in box and part numbers didn't match numbers on packing slip. 2 days on hold for over an hour. finally got it straightened out just to get a return slip.
i bought the brake parts ok but pad came backing plate nothing wrong with installation caliper not sticking or stuck slids and slid pins ok brake lines not pluged good luck getting a warranty in that fact good luck getting a answer from them i been hung up on then been on hold for over an hour left them a message by email i just want a rotor and pads for the side that went bad well i guess to bad
