For my small business it was very convinient to buy from the same good quiity products. Over the years I bought it a few times from the detroit axle. On 9/1 I bought a set for TL, received for civic. I started the return, and lost traction of it, when discovered that the seller wouldn't take a return, mail would keep it at the mail station, then repeated it 3 times, I made a claim through the ebay to which they said time of return expired. I looked at a lot of steering racks prior to ordering. Some of the reviews for Detroit Axle were not great but some were. I gave them a shot and I think the service was almost great, so I gave 4 stars. Did not receive in the two days they advertised and support was a little slow. Had a defective steering rack and it was replaced with no issues, and cross shipped. They actually charge my CC instead of just placing a hold on the amount. I would use them again.
I ordered brake pads and rotors front and back for my 2011 Dodge Charger. Ordering online was easy, as I'm not the most computer savvy. They arrived 2 business days after ordering as promised. They were much cheaper than any other place I looked. I will definitely use them again in the future.
