BEWARE OF BU ANIMAL HOUSE!!!! INCOMPETENT MANAGEMENT!!! INEFFECTIVE CONCIERGE!!! TOO LOUD!!! No matter what the manager tells you do not rent and make sure you tell everyone you know not to rent from Dexter.
Yelp Location is the only thing this apt. complex has going for itself. It is not well maintained, the staff are rude, students are often loud, and it is not at all worth the money!
I moved in last year because they gave a nice no fee, $500 security deposit, plus one months free rent, but it's been horrible since then.
