Rats and mice everywhere! The ladies in the office on the first floor should be fired! Have not idea what they are doing, very rude and not patient not polite. They confused our rent and lease all the time! And we ask so many time for catch the rats, the mice still in the apt! Really really disappointed apt, and super expensive!

100 % rat problem for the whole year. Pees and feces on my plates and stove. (Looking at previous reviews I guess it is ongoing for the last 5 years) 195 dollars monthly parking fee, but becomes 225 dollars without any explanation. Day parking is 25 dollars and Dexter park works with predatory tow company that goes around all day ready to tow your friends' cars. Slow elevator. Heavy garbage smell in the basement. 3000+ dollars rent and increasing by 200 every year. If you decided to move out, you are asked to leave your apa... read more

I lived here for three years through grad school, and I'm glad to be done with the place. It started out okay-- the concierge when I moved in was great (later ones less so), I liked parking in the garage (even though it was pricey), and the apartment itself was nice (big closets were a plus). The heat and AC worked, I never had problems with hot water, and the appliances were on the old side but worked well. My third year I had problems with mice, which the management company was not quick to fix. They contracted with an ext... read more

The spot is the only reason I lived there. Transportation is pretty convenient. They didn't even clean up our room when we moved in. The socks and water bucket of the previous residents are still on the balcony! The kitchen cabinets were peeling and there were two mice holes in the kitchen. I called them three times and the guys came in and then blame us for not doing our part. Can you believe that?! I had to clean up their mess and pay for this company. Also, the towing company nearby is always conspiring with the office t... read more

I'm a student is about moving into it and I have to say the location of the apt is the only reason why I chose to live here. I've made appointments with staff three times, and two out of these three times their staff had no idea that they made appointments with me. They tried to put me to another appointment which I refused, because I knew they would forget about it the next time. And I hope I will be the last one who is being thrown by staff's name card, which is the worst realty service I've ever had. If you don't care tha... read more

RUDE STAFF I called here and was directed to someone named Andrea. I was extremely pleasant and just had a few quick questions, and I have never had someone be so rude to me on the phone. As I was trying to get to out what my purpose for calling was, she kept yelling "who is this? what do you want?" As I explained that I had been directed to her from another office, she said that she was in the middle of something and would not help me. She was sarcastic and rude and if these are the type of people you would have to deal wit... read more

Lived here with my family for the past 4 years. Try to be on the lower floors if you have family. Higher floors if you are a student. Your life totally depends on your neighbors. I have on whose bass is sometime too loud but will turn it down if I send the concierge over. Another neighbor is marijuana and cigarette friendly that definitely wafts down the hallway where my kids play. Concierge, management and maintenance are reasonable but they dont talk to each other which complicates many issues. Location of the apt is best ... read more

Come live in Dexter Park, where some aspect of it will infuriate you every single day: Ridiculously high rent? Check. Loud noise day and night? Check. Vomit or trash regularly in the hallways and elevator? Check. Useless concierge and rude, pushy management? Check. Drunk, aggressive meatheads always looking to pick a fight in the lobby? Check. Overheated little spaces that force you to open the window when it's 5 below zero so you don't suffocate? Check. Owned by a corrupt billionaire who has absolutely no incentive to make ... read more

It's a great place to live if you're a BU student. Besides the price, my roommates and I really liked it.
