drunk college students loud parties every week
Dexter Park offers alot of ameneties but the drawbacks are significant as well. I would recommend it for students that can afford it but ABSOLUTELY not for couples or young families.
This is a great apt to live in. It's in a great location and is right near the T lines. The bad thing is that there are many loud people living here and management does not seem to care. They just want the money and go! There are alot more places to live than here!
The area is nice. Building itself is OK. Noise is constant problem... Parting, drinking, smoking, thin walls, lousy management... If you do not want to be disturbed at night, think again.
